What You’ll Do • Lead installations of all types of residential HVAC systems including: • Central air conditioning • Forced air heating • Hot water and steam boilers • Ductless mini-splits • Oversee job sites, mentor junior techs, and ensure installs meet our high quality and safety standards. • Communicate clearly with homeowners and keep jobs on schedule. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience installing residential HVAC systems (lead experience preferred). • Knowledge of multiple system types: AC, gas heat, oil heat, hot water, and steam. • EPA Certification and valid driver’s license required. • Strong troubleshooting skills and pride in craftsmanship. • A positive, professional attitude—no drama, no egos, just team players.
