Key Responsibilities As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you'll ensure peak performance and reliability for a wide array of commercial HVAC systems. Your daily responsibilities include: • Diagnosing and troubleshooting various commercial HVAC equipment, including water source heat pumps, package rooftops, split systems, boilers, controls, pumps, and VAVs. • Maintaining consistently high standards of excellence for all jobs, from initial assessment to final completion. • Strictly adhering to all company and job site safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment. • Completing preventative maintenance inspections thoroughly and on time. • Identifying system deficiencies and meticulously documenting recommendations for repairs or upgrades. • Proficiently utilizing field service software for accurate record-keeping and reporting. • Identifying opportunities for additional HVAC products or equipment upgrades to enhance client systems. What We're Looking For • Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment (water source heat pumps, package rooftops, split systems, boilers, controls, pumps, VAVs). • Proficiently read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematic drawings. • Experience in maintenance work is essential. • EPA certification is highly preferred. • Possess excellent customer service skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude. • Exhibit outstanding problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges effectively. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
