Key Responsibilities As a Commercial Lead HVAC Installer, you will be the driving force behind successful commercial HVAC installations, ensuring projects are completed with precision and efficiency. Your daily responsibilities include: • Maintaining consistently high standards of excellence for all projects, from start to finish. • Strictly following company and job site safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment. • Leading a crew of HVAC Installers and Apprentices through various tasks to complete diverse installation projects. • Reviewing and maintaining job schedules through the appropriate use of manpower, material, equipment, and time. • Coordinating seamlessly with other trades as necessary to ensure project flow. • Properly documenting time and material applied to projects for accurate job costing purposes. What We're Looking For • Exhibit outstanding leadership and problem-solving skills, with proven experience supervising members of a project team. • Proficiently read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to accurately determine work procedures. • Possess advanced knowledge of hydronics and extensive experience in the installation of hydronic systems. • Must have experience installing key commercial equipment including boilers, chillers, and cooling towers. • Skillfully work with different types of pipe, including PVC, Victaulic, black pipe, and copper pipe. • Ability to safely operate hoisting and lifting devices such as material lifts and jacks to accurately position machinery and parts during system installations. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive "Can Do" attitude. • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
