HVAC Technician 10% commisions + hourly

Key Responsibilities Technical Services: Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment. Identify Sales Opportunities: During service calls, assess customer needs and recommend solutions such as system replacements, upgrades, or maintenance plans. Proposal Preparation: Create and present clear, detailed quotes—explaining the benefits and value of the recommended solutions. Customer Education: Help homeowners understand how their HVAC system works, how to save on energy, and which products or services are best for them. Build Customer Trust: Deliver honest, professional service that builds lasting relationships and earns repeat business. Accurate Documentation: Log all service activities, sales notes, and customer feedback using our company system (ServiceTitan). Qualifications • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of HVAC/R. • Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, heating systems, and appliance repair. • Ability to perform equipment repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. • Familiarity with property maintenance practices is a plus. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a company van for service calls. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. • Certification in HVAC or relevant technical training is preferred but not mandatory.
