Job Overview We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician with leadership ability to take charge of installations, service projects, and a small team of technicians. The right candidate will be highly skilled in troubleshooting, dependable, and able to organize work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities • Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians on job sites • Perform installation, service, and repair of HVAC systems (ductless, central, and commercial as applicable) • Conduct field service visits to diagnose and fix issues • Maintain detailed service and project records • Coordinate with office staff, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution • Drive a company van to various job sites Qualifications • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or a comparable role • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting • Proficiency in reading and understanding schematics • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail • Excellent communication and organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Experience: • HVAC: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: • Flushing, NY 11354 (Required) Work Location: In person
