Your role and responsibilities

IBM MaaS360 Digital Sales Specialist-Telco you’ll become a trusted go-to expert. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team – advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the critically important early phases of the sales cycle and helping to lead prospects to our award winning cloud solutions. We’re committed to success. Together our achievements will drive your career team and clients to thrive. In this role you will:

  • Own the business development for assigned partners in an assigned territory.
  • Conduct strategy and tactics that generate new MaaS360 leads from your business partner.
  • Be the point of contact for IBM resources promoting engagement and driving new business.
  • Manage sales engagement activities like events lunch & learns webinars partner / customer events etc.

KPIs are tied to overall territory growth enablement and win-success for your partner and territory. A Digital Sales Specialist-Telco within IBM Security means being the point of entry to industry-leading solutions that help our clients face into the challenges of cloud security advanced threats compliance and privacy and mobile and remote security. Required education
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Technical Sales Proficiency and Relationship Management
  • High Proficiency in Digital Selling including Cold Calls Cadences Social Media tools and techniques.
  • Competent Client Facing Presentation Skills.
  • Top of the funnel prospecting experience: i.e. SalesLoft ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
  • Proven experience working with business partners across business channels.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) Sales
  • Wireless Telcom Sales and Account Management Experiences
  • Organizing Training and Team Events
  • Experience in Training Sales Teams Large Group presentations.
