In this role you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As IBM Maximo (MAS) Project Manager you will lead the implementation and enhancement of IBM Maximo (MAS). This role will drive project planning execution and delivery while ensuring innovative solutions are integrated into every phase. As Project Manager you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements optimize workflows and improve system capabilities. You will oversee timelines manage risks and ensure all milestones are met with quality and efficiency. A strong focus on continuous improvement and the ability to introduce new ideas and technologies is essential for success in this role. You will manage complex implementations particularly with IBM Maximo or MAS and will ensure successful delivery through strong leadership and collaboration.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects ensuring scope timeline and budget compliance.
- Lead IBM Maximo/MAS implementations or upgrades coordinating with technical and business teams.
- Apply project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid) to plan execute and monitor projects.
- Utilize tools such as MS Project JIRA Confluence and ServiceNow for project tracking and reporting.
- Engage stakeholders effectively ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify risks develop mitigation strategies and ensure quality assurance for deliverables.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects preferably in asset management or ERP systems .
- Proven experience with IBM Maximo or MAS implementations/upgrades .
- Strong understanding of Agile Waterfall and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Project JIRA Confluence and ServiceNow .
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications.
- Experience in cloud-based deployments and integration with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- Ability to manage multi-vendor environments and complex organizational structures.
