Your Role and Responsibilities

• The IBM Z AIOps team is seeking an experienced zSystems Developer/Architect Lead to provide technical implementation and leadership as we develop an advanced approach to IT operations.
• As a backend developer you will be part of a highly focused self-managed team that designs develops
• and tests solutions that reside on and integrate with IBM systems mainframes.
• The Z AIOps solutions collect availability and performance log and metric data from the z/OS operating systems and subsystems then stream the data to endpoints for analysis where anomalies from normal operations are
  identified and alerts are generated.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in all phases of software development including architecture design coding unit testing and functional testing.
• Hands on Experience in Machine Learning and Deep learning algorithms.
• Hands on Experience in Generative AI & BigData Analytics.
• End to End AI/ML Implementation of Large Scale projects.
• Experience with development on Z (assembler Java C++ in that order) and debugging tools.
• Mainframe Domain knowledge: z/OS plus some levels of subsystem experience such as Db2
• CICS MQ SMF/RMF and/or IMS.
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery concepts and skills.
• Test automation concepts and skills
