Implementation Engineer

Position Summary - The Implementation Engineer position is responsible for the technical implementations of Medical Imaging software. This includes architecting, implementing, and troubleshooting of the solution.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide customer implementation guidance with regards to application needs during customer implementations of Medical Imaging applications
• Perform installation and configuration and validation of servers
• Identify, recommend, and implement system configuration recommendations and perform remote diagnostic on installed servers.
• Resolve advanced product hardware and software application problems via on-site/telephone with customers.
• Provide guidance, expertise, and consulting to customer's end users and internal project teams in the assessment of application design, application use/efficiency, and training needs.
• Manage timelines and project milestones via project management standards.

Education: Minimum of associate's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum years of work experience: 2
Required skills:

• Experience with desktop and Microsoft server operating systems
• Experience in IT (healthcare IT experience preferred)
• Knowledge and proven application of at least one programming language (Examples would be Json, XML, or similar)
• Experience with SQL scripting
• Experience participating in projects
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred skills:

• 2+ years of experience with HL7 and /or FHIR
• 2+ years of experience with Database backup and restore
• 2+ years of experience with installation of Server applications, applying patches and prerequisites
• Ability to write complex ad hoc SQL queries and conduct database performance
• MS SQL Querying or SQL Administration certification highly preferred
• Experience writing and troubleshooting of stored procedures
