Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Senior Logistics Analyst located in Changsha .

Reporting to the Ivy Liao , the Senior Logistics Analyst role involves below job responsibilities.

What a typical day looks like:

• Supervise and coordinate daily customs activities, Optimize the customs declaration process, and have the logic application ability of system management module optimization. 管理和协调日常报关工作, 优化报关流程, 具备系统管理模块优化的逻辑应用能力
• Customs handbook registration& reconciliation. 海关账册备案和核销;
• Customs document review and Cooperate with Customs General trade import declaration price review. 报关单证的复核, 以及配合海关一般贸易进口申报价格的审查
• Management of the customs E-book inventory 海关帐务的管理
• Maintain all customs system good running; 维护所有海关系统良好运行
• Customs document review and Cooperate with Customs General trade import declaration price review. 报关单证的复核, 以及配合海关一般贸易进口申报价格的审查

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• More than three to five years related working experience and at least 2 years experience in a supervisory position 3-5 年以上相关工作经验且在管理岗位任职 2 年以上
• Knowledge of customs declaration regulation. 熟悉报关申报知识
• Be familiar with the process of customs and commodity inspection; 熟悉海关和商检办事流程
• Rich professional knowledge and flexible handle affairs; 专业知识丰富, 处事灵活
• Good Communication skill. 良好的沟通技能
