This role consists of System Access Administration for a wide array of Broadridge applications for all clients. Actions include interacting with various groups during production issues, communicating issues, problem resolution and post mortems to the affected client base. This is an entry level position with growth opportunities within the Client Services Division.

This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote and meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.

Job Description

Provides communication support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance.

• Responds to customer questions regarding actions taken to resolve a Broadridge production issue.
• Advises customers on preventive measures and root cause information on client impacting issues..
• Needs to acquire via training basic knowledge on all Broadridge applications and Infrastructure.
• Provide possible solutions to problems based on previous issues.
• Ensure they are able to multi-task in handling multiple bridge calls at the same time and clearly communicate the steps being taken.

Experience:

• College degree required
• Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
• Business Expertise:
  Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
• Leadership:
  No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team
  Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using judgment and precedents
  Impact:
  -Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
  Interpersonal Skills:
  -Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations

Salary range $75,000- 80,000. Bonus Eligible.
