Job Description Summary

Organize and manage the industrial team, you are responsible of new products industrialisation (NPI), improvement of the process flow in the plant, localization projects, costs reduction initiative and general improvement projects for the plant.

Essential Responsibilities

• Organization and control of industrialization projects to achieve plant targets (production volume, cost, margin, lead time, productivity, leakage)
• Value Analysis of the product to make strategic decisions based in ROI calculation. (Make or Buy, Investments, specific projects)
• Technical Data maintenance in the ERP system (MM data, BOM, Routing), production data in the product configurator (AC1)
• Initiating and leading continuous improvement measures to keep the production competitive
• Support as a specialist/facilitator for internal projects and other departments

• Ideally University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Familiar with Industrial tools, processes
• High autonomy combined with a proactive and pragmatic approach to work
• Good project management, problem resolution skills
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in German & English
