The Inside Sales Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As an Inside Sales Representative at Concentrix, you will:

• Handle incoming calls from existing customers
• Support with upgrades or influence retention of customers
• Support sales transaction by advising customers on suitable products
• Explain product features and benefits
• Provide the best possible customer service

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Inside Sales Representative role include:

• High school diploma or GED is required, and you must be at least 18 years of age
• 1 year of sales experience (e.g. products, services, and/or call center experience) with at least one year's experience with one employer preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required
• Good writing and typing skills
• Must be available to work, Monday through Sunday, (Saturday off) ANY 8-hour shift between 8am-11pm
• Dependable and flexible to rotate shifts, as needed
• Attend every day of the training
• Background clearance
• Drug test required
