Inside Sales Representative (US REMOTE)

As a Licensed Inside Sales Representative/Consultant at SimplyInsured, you'll help small businesses with the process of purchasing health coverage. You'll also develop deep customer-centric sales skills all while helping us reach and serve more groups. You'll work with a dynamic team of sales professionals, product experts, and leadership who are invested in seeing you succeed. • Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails to small businesses who have expressed interest in SimplyInsured
• Engage businesses at different points in the sales process: discovery, decision, and onboarding
• Help guide the customer towards health plan options that would fit the business needs
• Help customers understand the value of connecting SimplyInsured to their existing payroll and benefits
• Become a subject matter expert
• Exercise and master the consultative sales approach with an emphasis on closing
• Participate in community and career development opportunities at SimplyInsured

• 1+ years experience with sales, customer service, or customer success
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience
• A commitment to providing solutions and the ability to eliminate the fear from health insurance
• Motivated by challenge and adaptable to change
• Self-motivation and a deep sense of pride in your work
• Call center experience and licensed to sell health insurance a plus

• On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $70,000 (base + bonus) with uncapped commissions
