Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions through our technology products. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to driving sales and contributing to our company's growth. Duties • Conduct warm calls to potential clients and follow up on leads generated through various marketing efforts. • Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our software products and market trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities for lead generation and market expansion. • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system. • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements • Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably within technology sales. • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. • Familiarity with warm calling techniques and a proactive approach to lead engagement. • Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with clients. • A solid understanding of software products and technology markets is highly desirable. • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
