Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled and experienced UK Insurance Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving WINT’s expansion within the insurance sector by building strong relationships with insurers and brokers. You will work directly with these partners to develop tailored programs that integrate WINT’s solutions into their offerings, focusing on water damage prevention and risk reduction.
You’ll play a key role in helping clients navigate insurance incentives and collaborate closely with their brokers to ensure a seamless experience. As the UK Insurance Partnership Manager, you will report to the Head of Global Insurance and help shape strategic initiatives that position WINT as a leader in managing water-related risks within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture partnerships with insurers and brokers to promote WINT’s water management solutions.
- Collaborate with insurers to design and implement customized programs that reduce water damage risks for their clients.
- Assist clients in leveraging insurance incentives and ensure they maximize the benefits of WINT’s solutions.
- Educate and support brokers and insurers on WINT’s technology to help lower water-related claims and improve risk management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand WINT’s presence in the UK insurance sector.
- Present WINT’s solutions to prospective insurance partners, demonstrating value in reducing claims and improving client outcomes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving insurance products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or account management within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, processes, and how technology solutions can enhance risk management.
- Experience working with insurers and brokers in a collaborative setting.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and leading strategic discussions.
- Knowledge of water risk management or property insurance is a plus.
