Position Overview: We are seeking a motivatedPart-Time Office Assistant with insurance experiencewho is fluent in both English and Spanish. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, assisting clients, and ensuring smooth communication between our team and the community. Candidates must be willing to pursue aninsurance license with in 6 months(support and training provided). Responsibilities: • Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry • Assist with insurance policy processing, renewals, and endorsements • Translate and communicate with Spanish-speaking clients • Provide support to agents with quotes, applications, and follow-ups • Maintain organized office operations and client records Qualifications: • Previous experience in aninsurance office or agency(preferred) • Fluent inSpanish and English(written and verbal) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities • Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and insurance software (preferred) • Willing to obtain an insurance license(agency will assist) What We Offer: • Competitive pay (based on experience) • Flexible part-time schedule • Support and training toward obtaining an insurance license • Growth opportunities within the agency Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $50.56 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Jose, CA 95133
