The Role

As a Integration Architect at Kyndryl, you will be responsible for leading the charge in creating technical blueprints, defining product/solution architecture, and developing the technical specifications for our projects. You'll be a key player in integrating the features of our software applications into a cohesive and functioning system.

Your analytical and creative mindset will be put to the test as you anticipate trends, stay up-to-date on leading technology, and participate in Kyndryl's architectural boards. Your expertise will guide functional objectives and technologies, and you'll be a driving force in evaluating, identifying, and developing software solutions.

In addition to your technical prowess, you'll also be a strong leader and communicator, able to train and oversee the activities of our development team. You'll foster a collaborative environment and work closely with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Programmers, and Engineers to ensure our software solutions are meeting the needs of our business and our customers.

You'll be responsible to conduct integration reviews and audits to ensure alignment with the design, and for any vulnerabilities in design. You will coordinate with bank stakeholders to define and integrate the infrastructure required to build the DevSecOps solution. Required to work from Belapur, Navi Mumbai location.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Proven experience in designing and implementing largescale, secure, and reliable systems for BFSI clients.
• 5 years or more of experience, with 2 years in DevOps/DevSecOps implementation .
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps architecture, system architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Design the architecture to implement secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure.
• Enable the end-to-end integration of source code repositories and different components.
• Design the deployment strategy of pushing source code based on each application.
• Define the architecture across different environments and the infrastructure required to support the same.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that they are integrated for each bank application to be onboarded.
• Define the deployment and CI/CD strategy for each application based on particular department requirements.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree (4year) in Computer Science/Information Technology / Electronics & Communication Engineering or MCA or MSc IT/Computer Science
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in architectural design tools and methodologies.
