Interior Carpenter & Master Tradesman

Hands on Residential Remodeling Interior Carpenter/Master Tradesman Job Description Chicagoland's largest Design/Build firm, Airoom, is seeking in house master tradesmen for interior framing, cabinetry and trim, tile and wood flooring, light plumbing and electric, paint, and other interior finishes to build or remodel displays and offices remodels at our Lincolnwood and Hinsdale design showrooms. Heavy cabinetry installation experience is required and many of our new showroom displays contain kitchens, bathrooms, and built in millwork displays. • Must have proven experience in residential and light commercial remodeling with strong trade knowledge and good hands. • Must have hands-on experience in several trades, including rough and trim carpentry, tile, drywall, etc. to build out interior displays. • Must have a good complement of power and hand tools to execute high end showroom display work and interior office buildout. • Self-motivated, clean and neat, highly detail minded, with a proven track record. • Good trades speed, and ability to communicate with the in-house design and showroom team. • Results-driven, with ability to organize in house project work and follow-up on multiple priorities. • Ability to read construction drawings and details as well as product specifications and installation directions.
