Job Description

Technical business management support.

Purpose of the position/responsabilities

The Technical Business Manager intern will support business management team with commercial clients in order to improve client service and satisfaction in the overall best interest of Patheon.

Specific assignments/primary activities.

• Technical business manager team support by preparing slides and meetings, escorting clients, managing change control and systems, prepare quotes and perform other support activities as requested.
• Support with back off activities.
• Support to meet revenue targets and ensure contractual compliance in specific tasks assigned; support to identify the best solution for clients.

GMP & Health & Safety:

They Ensure cGMP is applied in work area; understands emergency procedures and safe systems of work. They are aligned with all EH&S requirements and observes safety behavior in the working environment.

Relations

Internally they relate with all company functions; externally with existing clients.

Requirements and qualifications.

Education.

University Degree in Engineering, Science, Finance and/or Business required.

Technical skills.

Solid understanding of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) required.

Languages.

Work proficient in Italian and English

Personality skills:

They have good analytical thinking and are business oriented.

They have good capability to build and keep relationship internally and with customers.

They are good team worker, but also capable to work autonomously and with proactive approach.
