Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
In our dynamic team as a Project Administrator / Project Support where no two days are the same and your contributions make a real impact. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised proactive and detail-focused individual to provide vital support to senior managers and stakeholders across a range of fast-paced initiatives. Working closely with teams across the business you’ll help monitor timelines manage documentation schedule meetings and support communications all while helping to solve day-to-day challenges. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment is quick to learn and loves being the glue that holds things together behind the scenes. If you’re someone who enjoys juggling priorities bringing structure to complexity and making a visible impact this is the role for you.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and teams across multiple projects.
- Track project timelines milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools and systems.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings prepare agendas take minutes and follow up on actions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation logs and reports to support reporting and governance.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
