In this role you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the development customization and maintenance of our ServiceNow instance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform development with expertise in JavaScript Apex and UI development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and customise ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain ServiceNow reports dashboards and workflows.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems using APIs web services or other integration methods.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices coding standards and security guidelines.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Commerical experience in ServiceNow development or similar roles.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform including JavaScript Apex and UI development.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or equivalent certification.
