Introduction
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in SAP module configuration and testing under the guidance of senior consultants (e.g. SAP FI/CO MM SD).
- Support data migration and validation activities during project phases.
- Participate in user training sessions and help prepare training materials and documentation.
- Analyze business processes and contribute to identifying areas for improvement using SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support solution design.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic SAP-related issues reported by users.
- Document functional and technical specifications for enhancements and reports.
- Stay updated on SAP best practices and new features relevant to your assigned module.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and other SAP cloud technologies.
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes in finance logistics or supply chain.
- Experience working in Agile or waterfall project environments .
- Development of problem-solving communication and teamwork skills in a professional setting.

Your role and responsibilities
As an IBM Intern in SAP practice you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the implementation enhancement and maintenance of SAP solutions across various business functions. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience with SAP systems and methodologies while developing your technical and analytical skills in a real-world business environment.
Required education
High School Diploma/GED
Required technical and professional expertise
- Fluent C level in Lithuanian and English is required.
- Knowledge of business domains like finance logistics or supply chain
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions
- Communication skills – to interact with users stakeholders and team members
- Adaptability – learning new tools and concepts quickly
- Attention to detail – especially when working with configurations or data
- Ability to follow documentation and training materials
Preferred technical and professional experience
- ERP system familiarity (even if not SAP-specific)
- Basic understanding of SAP modules (e.g. SAP FI/CO MM SD or S/4HANA)
- Understanding of data flows and system integration
- Willingness to learn SAP tools and methodologies
- Curiosity to explore new SAP technologies (e.g. SAP Fiori SAP BTP)
