Janitorial Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-orientedJanitororJanitorial Family Companyto join our facilities maintenance team. This is apart-time positionrequiring approximately2 hours of work per daywithcompensation around $50 per dayand amonthly budget of $1,500. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and organization of our badminton gym. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, efficient, and takes pride in keeping facilities clean and welcoming. Responsibilities • Perform cleaning tasks across the badminton facility, includingcourts, washrooms, lobby, pro shop, mezzanine, and office areas. • Daily tasks: Clean floors and lobby areas every day to maintain a neat and inviting environment. • Rotational tasks: Clean other areas on a scheduled rotation to ensure the entire facility remains clean and organized. • Sweep, mop, dust, and maintain floors for a professional appearance. • Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to cleanwalls, windows, doors, and other surfaces. • Empty trash cans and recycling bins to keep the facility clean and safe. • Assist with minor facility upkeep as needed. • Complete all cleaning taskson schedule and to the required standard. Working Hours: • Weekdays:Cleaning must be completed by4:00 PM. • Weekends/Holidays:Cleaning must be completedbefore 9:00 AM(prior to opening)orperformed in the evening after9:00 PM. Requirements • Previous experience injanitorial work or facility maintenancepreferred. • Ability to workindependentlyandas part of a team. • Strongattention to detailand commitment to cleanliness. • Physical ability to handlelifting, bending, and prolonged standing. • Comfortable working in afast-paced environmentwith changing priorities. • Familiarity withcleaning equipment, supplies, and safety practices. • Positive and professional attitudewith a willingness to follow directions.
