What You’ll Do This role includes three core responsibilities: In-Store Sales • Welcome clients to our San Jose showroom and guide them through engagement ring, wedding band, and fine jewelry selections • Work closely with our in-house design team to bring custom requests to life Online Sales & Client Communication • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, website chat, and Instagram DM • Guide remote customers through diamond selection, setting options, and the order process • Commission applies equally toonline and in-storeconversions TikTok Livestream Support (Optional) • Join our high-traffic TikTok livestreams when available (no prior experience required—training provided) • Each livestream session receivesa $20/hour bonus • Average 3,000+ viewers per stream, generating strong engagement and warm leads Compensation & Schedule • Base salary:$6,000–$8,000/month (depending on experience) • High Commission • Livestream bonus:$20/hour • Full-time schedule:Thursday to Monday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Tuesday & Wednesday off) • Health insurance + 401(k) • Career growth opportunities in a creative and fast-growing team What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of experience in fine jewelry or bridal sales preferred • Strong understanding of jewelry aesthetics, customization, and modern bridal trends • Empathetic communicator who builds trust with clients • Organized, tech-savvy, and confident handling multiple clients and sales tools • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided) Please Note As part of our commitment to security and trust in the jewelry industry, all offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
