About the role:

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on exciting web development projects using Next.js, NestJS, and modern microservice architectures. What You'll Do:

- Develop and Deliver: Build and maintain web applications using Next.js and work with microservices (NestJS, Kafka, Docker) and databases (PostgreSQL/MSSQL). Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code under senior developer supervision. Perform dev-testing on the tasks you are responsible for.

- Collaborate and Plan: Work closely with your team to refine and estimate tasks, asking questions to clarify requirements. Plan the scope of work for upcoming functionality increments and ensure alignment with the team.

- Problem-Solve and Improve: Actively participate in team discussions to solve problems, identify and address issues during retrospective sessions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

- Design and Deploy: Follow team architectural approach and coding standards, to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Document and Communicate: Clearly document solutions and decisions, ensuring transparent communication of issues, solutions, and progress with your team and the client.

- Learn and Grow: Continuously improve your technical knowledge, stay passionate about technology, focus on self-development, and seek timely assistance when facing challenges to enhance your skills and contributions.

Requirements:

- Commercial experience with Node.js.

- Familiarity with React, Next.js, NestJS, and databases (PostgreSQL or MSSQL).

- Understanding of Git, version control, and modern web development principles.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a willingness to learn more.

- English at a strong intermediate level.

- Good problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Java Spring Boot.
