Position Summary We’re seeking a highly energetic, outgoing individual to work with our sign team in a leading beer wholesaler in Philadelphia, PA. We support our sales force by providing various sign media types produced in house locations for multi-national accounts in the beverage industry. Our team uses the latest software and state of the art print equipment to produce a lightning-fast turn-around! If you are a motivated team member with excellent people skills who excels at troubleshooting and coordinating multiple tasks, join our winning team! Essential Functions and Responsibilities • Performs all other job-related duties as assigned • Maintain data entry and tracking requirements by following program procedures • Contribute to sign production as needed • Update brand files for designers • Monitor data for department server overflow • Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing orders Requirements • Be a self-starter that is extremely organized and detail oriented • Have excellent grammar/typing/communication skills • Be Friendly and approachable • Be a quick learner • Be a divergent thinker • Be able to multi-task and prioritize Experience / Education, Certifications • Preferred: College Degree • Basic knowledge of Adobe programs and print production a plus. Representative Machines, Tools, Equipment And/or Software Used: • Microsoft Excel • Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries • Sign making experience/large format printing • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe Acrobat Still interested?
