What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's in Mining Engineering or related technical field

• Passionate about continuous improvement

• Strong technical and creative problem-solving skills

• Familiar with mine planning software (Surpac, Deswik preferred)

• Adaptable with willingness to travel
