• Assist the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with their daily tasks to ensure smooth operations within the department
• Actively search for potential candidates on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to build a robust talent pipeline
• Engage in daily communication with candidates, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries to enhance candidate experience
• Participate in the selection process of candidates, contributing insights and feedback to ensure the best fit for open positions
• Assist with administrative tasks within the TA team to help maintain organization and efficiency
• Support employer branding activities aimed at attracting top talent by showcasing the company's culture and values
• Handle other similar tasks as needed, showing flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success in various areas

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, business, or related field
• One year of experience with recruitment and sourcing in IT
• B2 in English
• Well-organized and capable of working on different kinds of tasks
