You will be working for Data Service practice here we provide data services solution for business customers such as data pipeline data analysis data platform reporting platform.
As an entry level Technical support at IBM you'll work in a project-based delivery model and develop customized systems with project team members for our clients.
In your role you may be responsible for:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of reliable ETL systems ensuring they meet our client's specific business needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to grasp project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of secure high-performance data platforms and reporting systems.
- Support the testing and debugging of ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and system stability.
- Collaborate in enhancing existing systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Foundational knowledge in SQL and familiarity with Oracle Database.
- Basic understanding of ETL processes and tools.
- Capability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fundamental understanding of data analysis principles.
- Prior experience with data pipeline tools such as Apache Airflow or Talend would be beneficial.
