Then you absolutely must read on! We are looking for a new Key Account Manager for our rapidly growing Atlassian team. In your new role, you would bring passion, entrepreneurial spirit and the courage to break new ground with us.Â

As a new Key Account Manager Atlassian you will be a valuable member of our sales team from day one, and have the opportunity to actively shape and develop our sales activities. With your impulse, ideas and initiatives, as well as a strong hands-on attitude, you will help us take the sales team to the next level.
Your assignment
-You identify and build relationships with decision makers while managing the end to end sales cycle
-You develop a strategy to drive growth within the region by following a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers
-You develop and close new business opportunities with prospective clients while managing relationships with your existing accounts
-You work collaboratively with Professional Services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
-Accurate forecasting & reporting
What you need to be successful
Ideally, you’re already familiar with Atlassian products. However, since we recognize this as our own wishful thinking, this is absolutely not a must-have criterion. A bright mind can learn all of that quickly.Â

Must-haves
-At least 2 years of sales experience (preferred: SaaS, software solutions, IT services)
-Customer orientation, open-mindedness, ability to learn in a team and have proactive communication skills
-Enjoy building and applying new knowledge and achieving sales goals.
-Excellent eye for detail and a structured approach to working
-Ability to work independently with flat hierarchies
-Above-average written and verbal German, and at least business-fluent English skills
-Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
-High motivation to make a difference and actively grow with us
Nice to have
-Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management and/or the Atlassian licensing business
-Knowledge of CRM applications such as Hubspot or similar products for inbound marketing, sales and customer experience
-Experience in an agile environment and/or traditional project management and/or IT service management
