Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for various tasks on our service and project jobsites, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the overall success of your team . This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards. Duties • Ability to understand and accurately execute tasks assigned. • Assist in loading and unloading of materials in the warehouse and/or on the jobsite. • Assist with trenching and installation of Domestic Water, Sewer, and Storm services. • Hand dig to excavate trenches for installation or repair of Water/Sewer/Storm lines. • Accurately place and compact, backfill material per applicable codes. • Safely use hand and power tools as required to complete projects. • Set barricades and safety materials to ensure safety of pedestrians and traffic. • Ensure work areas, vehicles, and equipment are clean and operating as intended. Skills • Ability to recognize process and safety issues to ensure a safe and efficient work area. • Valid drivers license preferred, but not required for all positions. • Good communication and positive working relationships with crews, leads, and management.
