What We Offer • Pay range: $50,000 - $55,000 • Health, vision, dental, and 401(k) plan benefits • Employee Referral Bonus • Student Tuition Discount About the Role As a Middle School English Language Art Teacher at Merryhill School, you will implement a comprehensive curriculum fostering language proficiency, critical thinking, and literacy skills among students in grades 6 through 8. You will also • Plan, supervise, and implement curriculum • Collaborate with other faculty and staff members • Monitor and assess student progress • Maintain an ordered and arranged classroom environment What We Are Looking For • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Previous teaching experience, preferably in middle school or upper elementary grades • Knowledge of language arts curriculum standards and instructional strategies • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
