Lead Carpenter

Job Overview We have an immediate opening for an experienced Lead Carpenter. In this role, you will work on residential projects. Your job duties include reading blueprints to understand the project’s specifications, creating wood fixtures, installing windows and door frames, and repairing wood structures. We expect candidates to be proficient with industry hand and power tools and familiar with governmental safety regulations. You must have at least 5 years of carpentry experience. Duties - Review blueprints to understand the scope of the project. - Fabricate and cut wood components and framework. - Install windows and door frames. - Repair wood structures. - Perform trim and finishing work. - Clean, maintain, and store tools and equipment properly. Skills • Strong experience with hand tools and power tools used in carpentry. • Expertise in frame carpentry techniques. • Knowledge of remodeling practices. • Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily tasks. • Must speak English. • Able to lift up to 50 pounds. • Proficient with industry hand and power tools. • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. • Must be able to work M-F, 7AM-3PM.
