Lead Electrical Technician - Foreman

Requirements: • OSHA 40 certification • Driver’s license • NY Electrician license • Job Type: Full-time Experience: • A minimum of 3 years field experience is required for all positions • Knowledge of NYC and NEC electrical codes a must • Fire Alarm experience a plus • Certified education programs may count as limited experience Benefits: · Health Insurance · 401 K Responsibilities • Oversee and coordinate electrical maintenance and installation tasks, ensuring compliance with NEC standards. • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems, including high and low voltage equipment. • Utilize programmable logic controllers and calibration tools to maintain precision in operations. • Lead a team in executing projects while providing guidance on schematics and mechanical systems. • Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
