About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced product manager to own the product side of blockchain protocol development. In this role you will work cross functionally with other engineering and product teams to understand the needs of different stakeholders in the ecosystem, including developers, validators, end-users, etc, and work with the protocol engineering teams to define strategies to address those needs. You will own product strategies of protocol development and work closely with the engineering leadership to shape the protocol development roadmap.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Establish a product feedback loop for protocol development by working with product managers, developer relations, partners, and the community.
• Shape product strategies for protocol development. Ensure that from a product perspective, the protocol is ready for mass consumer adoption.
• Work with engineering leadership to define long-term protocol development roadmaps.
• Provide product insight and feedback in important engineering discussions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a must.

• You should have experience leading product vision and strategy at large organizations and have a holistic understanding of how product works with engineering on the organizational level.
• You should have the technical expertise to deeply understand the blockchain protocol and how it affects different stakeholders in the NEAR ecosystem.
• You should be a great communicator and remain calm under pressure or when juggling multiple priorities.
• You should be a humble and inspirational leader who is comfortable leading by example;
• You should have a strong sense of ownership and excel at pushing projects over the finish line.

We’d Love If You Have

• Familiarity with blockchain technologies.
• Experience working at a startup.
• Product management experience on highly technical products such as databases.
