Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction and restoration practices, demonstrating leadership qualities and the ability to oversee projects from start to finish. This role requires hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, and restoration, ensuring high-quality workmanship while managing a team effectively. Duties • Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control • Execute trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and cabinet installation tasks as needed. • Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for various construction tasks. • Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and requirements. • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. • and safety practices. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site. Qualifications • Proven experience in the construction industryStrong skills in carpentry including trim work, frame carpentry, cabinet installation, and door hanging. • Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and physical stamina for demanding tasks. • Experience with plumbing, electrical work, metal stud framing, construction painting, and woodworking is a plus. • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work performed. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. • Previous experience on construction sites is essential; maintenance person experience is also beneficial.
