We are looking for a highly motivated Staff Accountant with 3 years experience in accounting/payroll role.
Salary ranges from $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 depending on experience!

Here at Integra Healthcare Equipment we are looking for self-motivated employees seeking an opportunity to be part of our excellent Dispatching team.
TheStaff Accountant isresponsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a solid understanding of accounting and payroll principles.
Responsibilities
·Responsible for month-end close process, this includes monthly journal entries, accruals and review of expenses.
·Perform balance sheet account reconciliations. Completes and verifies bank, credit card, and loan transactions and reconciliations. Verify accuracy of data, research and resolve discrepancies.
·Maintain and update fixed asset schedules; run monthly reports and ensure proper recording.
·Generate internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information.
·Assist in developing and implementing accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes.
·Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
·File state sales and property taxes.
·Assist in year-end close and annual financial review.
·Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
·Perform other duties assigned, ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
Experience and Skills
·Understanding of accounting principles; Month end close, GL & AP processes; Sales/Use & property tax.
·Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
·High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills.
·Capability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
·Must commit to adhering to company policy and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or Finance and 3 years of experience in Accounting and Accounts Payable.
Strong attention to detail
Strong Excel skills, as well as experience with accounting software.
Account Reconciliation
Data Analysis
Financial Statement Preparation
Financial Close Processing
Experience using NetSuite is preferred
