Role 🎨

At Mindbloom, you will have a massive impact crafting the future of mental health and wellbeing alongside colleagues who are trailblazers and pioneers. As Legal Counsel, you will transform lives by leading the development of psychedelic law and building the framework for MDMA therapy. 

• Cross-Functional Counsel: Assume responsibility for advising and unblocking other departments on day-to-day healthcare regulation, marketing, privacy, and compliance issues within one month

• Privacy and AI Czar: Spearhead comprehensive data privacy, security, and AI risk assessments, and provide a roadmap for updates to internal policies and practices 

• MDMA: Blaze the trail for Mindbloom's revolutionary MDMA therapy offering, crafting and executing a legal roadmap that accelerates launch, post-FDA and state approval, ensuring swift access to transformative treatment options

• Legal Maverick: Slash outside counsel expenses with strategic precision, delivering substantial cost reductions

Given Mindbloom’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Mindbloom has minimal hierarchy and titles, but the scope of role and compensation will be reflective of your level. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $100,000 - $200,000 USD. The actual base salary may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, and on market data changes. Total compensation for this role may vary depending on equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and benefits elected.
