Main responsibilities:

• Acts as the main contact point and lawyer responsible for Vaccines GBU.
  
• Handle Licensing matters, entity dissolution projects and managing external counsels on licensing matters.

Managing contract review and approval in e-Contract and eCAF systems

Provide legal advice on medium impact matters independently

In charge of all Corporate Secretary matters independently.

Assist in preparing all types of Agreements from commercial to sponsorship nature (produce 1st draft)

Research on specific legal issues raised by the business & update team on development of local laws & regulations

Provide general support for business operation.

About you

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience required
  
• Soft and technical skills: Able to work effectively within a team and independently where required
  
• Education: Law degree from a recognised university in Vietnam
  
• Languages: Fluent English
