Licensed Insurance Customer Service Location:SAN JOSE, CA, 95125 Salary:$60000.0 - $80000.0/year Experience:0 Year(s) Local insurance agency l ocated in San Jose, CA, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Client Service Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help will make you the perfect fit for this role. This position is perfect for someone looking to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for growth and development within our company. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, claims, and billing. • Process policy changes accurately and efficiently. • Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. • Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. • Collaborate with agents and underwriters to address client concerns and resolve issues promptly. • Process daily alerts • Handle all incoming claims calls from customers and follow-up • Document each customer contact.Immediately greet all customers, entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner • Requirements: • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or insurance-related role. • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) required. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in basic computer applications and insurance management systems. • Windows PC literate (Word, Outlook, Adobe DC) • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.Proficiency in multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. • Benefits: • Competitive hourly base. • Quarterly Bonuses (based on new sales). • Annual Bonus (based on overall job performance). • Opportunities for career growth and professional development. • Retirement plan available after probation period.Hands on Paid Training • How to Apply: If you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you are a good fit for this position.
