Responsibilities • Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Analyze client information and negotiate terms to ensure optimal coverage. • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring they are well-informed about their options and the insurance process. • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. • Conduct telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote insurance products. • Utilize retail sales techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales. • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding their policies. Experience • Previous experience in customer service is essential; experience in insurance sales is preferred. • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage in serving our diverse clientele. • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide suitable recommendations. • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and communicate clearly with clients. • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial but not mandatory. • If you do not currently posses an Insurance License, we will help you obtain one.
