Local Class A Driver

Job description We are looking for a local Class A driver make local deliveries. Equipment: All product is dry freight that is loaded into a trailer which are about 40 to 53 foot long. Job Title: Local Class A driver Schedule: Monday-saturday operation 2am-3am start time Job description and duties: • Drivers are to move trailers locally . Drivers will pull 53' and 48' foot trailers. • Must be open for hands on work. ie. pulling out pallets and loading pallets • Must be able to park trailers and pull trailers. • Must be willing to pull pallets from trailer . • Must be willing to work OT when needed • Must conduct pre and post checks on Tractor and trailer • Must back up and dock trailers where is needed at. • Fill out all proper paperwork as needed. • We believe in great Customer service. Therefore, the drivers must be open to go above and beyond for customers Qualifications: • *Must have at least 2 years of recent Class A verifiable driving experience. • *Must have knowledge in all DOT laws and regulations. • Must be open to hands on deliveries • *Must have experience making deliveries in Southern California which includes Los Angeles and Orange County • *Candidates must be open to work in a fast paced environment and willing to lift more than 50lbs • *Must be able to pass application process Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Retirement plan Experience: • Driving: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: • CDL A (Preferred) Work Location: In person
