Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Locums Recruiter to join our team. The Locums Recruiter will play a crucial role in the recruitment and placement of locum tenens healthcare professionals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified locum tenens healthcare professionals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and compatibility with client needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with healthcare facilities, hospitals, and clinics to understand their staffing needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a clear understanding of their requirements and preferences.
- Job Placement and Coordination:
- Match qualified candidates with appropriate locum tenens opportunities.
- Facilitate the placement process, including negotiating contracts, coordinating interviews, and managing necessary documentation.
- Market Analysis and Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
- Provide recommendations for improving recruitment strategies based on market insights.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other members of the recruitment team to share information, insights, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a healthcare recruiter, preferably in locum tenens.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
- Able to work in a graveyard shift.
