In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a lucrative commission structure, withtotalearning potential ranging from$80,000 to $150,000.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients by delivering personalized, attentive service that reflects the Precision brand.
• Present, educate, and sell an exclusive range of luxury timepieces and repair services to both new and existing clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by combining deep product knowledge, superior interpersonal skills, and adherence to Precision’s exacting sales and client experience processes.
• Actively listen to client needs and deliver tailored recommendations with precision and care.
• Engage in consistent, disciplined follow-up with clients using our CRM platform, ensuring all interactions, updates, and communications meet the standards of Precision’s client experience protocols.
• Maintain immaculate product displays and store environment, reflecting the elegance and craftsmanship of our brand.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries across all platforms (in-person, phone, email, text, and digital messaging).
• Stay current on the latest watch trends, technologies, and industry advancements to provide valuable insights and education to clients.
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates to achieve personal and team sales goals while upholding the highest standards of Precision’s experience principles.
• Follow Precision’s dedicated and exacting sales processes with discipline, ensuring every interaction is executed to the standards expected of anOfficial Jeweler of many prestigious Swiss brands.
Your Profile:
• Agenuine passionfor luxury watches and a deep appreciation for horology.
• A deep understanding of the luxury watch market, including the ability to confidently navigate value discussions and educate clients on brand positioning, models, and market trends.
• Proven success in luxury sales, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering unparalleled customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort executing Precision’s exacting sales and client experience processes.
• Outstanding soft skills, including active listening, empathy, and persuasive communication.
• A proactive, disciplined, and client-first mindset with the ability to execute a structured sales process to Precision’s standards.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office,Google Workspace, andCRM platforms.
• High level of professionalism, adaptability, and a personal drive to exceed goals and deliver memorable client experiences.
Experience Required:
• Minimum of5 years in high-end or luxury saleswith a proven track record of success.
• At least5 years of experience in the luxury watch industry or comparable luxury goods category.
• Demonstrated expertise as aLuxury Sales Professional, including strict adherence to structured clienteling and experience standards.
