Machine Cleaner

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including industrial, commercial, and food production settings. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including floors, surfaces, and equipment. • Conduct industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety and sanitation standards. • Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in food production and processing areas. • Maintain cleanliness in manufacturing facilities and warehouses. • Carry out janitorial duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation. • Handle heavy lifting as required for cleaning equipment and materials. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Skills • Proven experience in cleaning, with a focus on industrial cleaning and sanitation practices. • Familiarity with custodial responsibilities and commercial cleaning standards. • Experience in food production or processing environments is highly desirable. • Spanish speaking a very strong plus • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques.
