MACHINE OPERATOR - NIGHTS Salary starting at $20+ an hour with shift differential We are hiring for entry level machine operators under a 90 day temp-to-hire program. Once your application is submitted you will receive information to complete a preemployment assessment. A day in the life of a machine operator: • Has excellent punctuality/attendance record • Maintains a positive attitude with team members and throughout the shift • Perform quality checks and inspections during production • Performs Cleaning in Place (CIP) procedures • Documents information in a timely and accurate manner • Follows all safety, quality and procedural standards • Communicates with team members effectively • Uses computer/computer systems/email as needed • Is able to work in 24/7 manufacturing environment, including nights, weekends and possibly some holidays • Able to work overtime for vacation coverage and training purposes • Other duties as assigned What we are looking for: • You must be at least 18 years old • Able to demonstrate acceptable levels of basic grammar, mathematical aptitude, and mechanical aptitude • Ability to work in manufacturing environment which includes, but not limited to; lifting, bending, climbing, standing, crouching, kneeling, walking, talking, hearing, etc. • Ability to routinely lift/move up to 50lbs and regularly required to taste or smell product • Our machine operator positions are Temp to Hire (TTH).
