Job Description

This position is primarily responsible for coordinating and supporting daily maintenance schedules and operations. You are responsible for providing professional, courteous guest service to our residents, vendors and staff and assisting supervisor’s and manager’s where services need attention. Your position will also be responsible for completion of requests by residents for maintenance repairs to their apartments. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Maintains relationships with residents, Company team members, and vendors on a professional level at all times. • Answers incoming calls professionally, timely and transfers to the appropriate individual. • Strives to provide quality service and demonstrates attention to detail. • Notifies Manager immediately of emergencies and safety issues that can cause harm. • Conducts daily courtesy next day follow up calls to residents following completed repairs. • Follows through on resident problems to satisfactory resolution and communicates problems to Manager for direction. • Determines approximate repair time, number of personnel, and parts or equipment required for service call. • Partners with Resident Manager to assure reported repair request needs and supply orders are addressed promptly. • Processes unfinished work orders and reschedules follow up repair directly with Resident. • Prepares work orders for scheduling based on priority of repair and skill of technicians. • Process all Field Maintenance reports by creating work orders then partnering with Manager for most efficient and cost effective repair procedure. • Prepares and monitors notices and reports daily per company policies. • Maintain property records to ensure compliance with all Fire, Health and Safety ordinances. • Responsible to coordinate all City Housing, Insurance, Lender, Property Owner and Preventative Maintenance inspections and programs. Requirements for this position consist of: • Customer Service Experience • Administrative Experience • Background in Customer Service preferred • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred • Gather, analyze and resolve problems efficiently • Ability to display a high level of initiative, effort and commitment towards completing assignment efficiently and within a timely manner • Ability to read, comprehend and follow applicable policies, procedures and directives • Consistently perform all job responsibilities at a satisfactory level • Organization and multi-tasking is a priority • Proactive, helpful, and can-do approach • Demonstrates professionalism and attention to detail Work Remotely • No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Ability to Commute: • Valley Village, CA 91617 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Valley Village, CA 91617: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
