Maintenance Tech I

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 0‐2 years skilled trades experience and/or demonstrated experience as an apprentice or equivalent.

Preferred:

• Graduation from Trade School
• Two (2) years experience in operational level maintenance and engineering; experience in a healthcare setting.

License/Certification

Minimum Required:

• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.

Preferred:

• N/A

In lieu of the above minimum requirements, an equivalent combination of experience and certification that fall within the limits of minimum requirements and preferred will be considered.

Work Environment

• Work is completed in various environmental conditions, will be exposed to heat, cold, and dust. Requires use of ladders. Requires standing, bending, and kneeling. Must be able to wear all types of PPE.
