Manager, Account Management
We team are seeking highly motivated Manager, Account Management to join our team, focusing on managing relationships with Issuers while being a key contact with our internal stakeholders across our teams, partnering to deliver the best value products and solutions.

Overview:
• Implementation of digital and mobile payment methods, loyalty solutions, and bundled offers to enhance client experience and drive customer engagement.
• Ensure the successful execution of all signed contracts, monitoring timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee the rollout of the new Instant Rewards process via MCBS, collaborating with Banks and other partners to ensure smooth integration and operational success.
• Take ownership of key projects, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities, using insights to propose new solutions and improvements.
• Recommend new approaches or enhancements to existing services based on market research and Issuer feedback.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring Issuers are supported with high-level customer service and timely updates on project status.
Accountabilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships.
• Implement and manage a customer reporting system, utilizing data from multiple sources to perform complex analyses that define the impact of customer satisfaction and the delivery of customized solutions.
• Cultivate strong working relationships across Mastercard departments, including Advisors, Marketing CIS, COS, and other key units, to ensure the successful delivery of customer-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with departments outside Poland, ensuring seamless communication and support in achieving business objectives and differentiating Mastercard from competitors in the market.
• Work in partnership with management to develop detailed business plans, and take responsibility for their implementation, ensuring alignment with Mastercard's strategic goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
• Experience in the retail business or financial services, specifically working with Issuers or payment systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs, digital/mobile payments, and bundled offerings.
• Ability to analyse market trends and propose new solutions or service enhancements.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English
